UPDATE: The boy was found deceased Monday afternoon in the Monongahela River.
Police in McKeesport are asking for help locating a missing 5-year-old boy.
Malik Patterson was last seen just after 10 a.m. near the rear of 13 building in Harrison Village.
Police say Malik was last seen wearing only a pull-up diaper.
Malik is diagnosed with autism.
