Allegheny County police have filed charges in connection with a shooting and assault in McKeesport Monday night.
30-year-old has been charged with multiple counts including attempted homicide and aggravated assault.
Police were called to the Harrison Village housing complex Monday night where a woman had been found severely beaten and another was shot in the upper torso.
Both were taken to a local hospital.
