The Pennsylvania Department of Health says the measles outbreak has spread to Westmoreland County, with one new case reported.
The number of confirmed cases so far this year is now 424, the bulk of the cases centering around Lancaster County, where two measles-related deaths have been confirmed.
Earlier on Wednesday, the first case in Butler County was confirmed and last week, someone tested positive in Allegheny County.
The two deaths in Lancaster County were in unvaccinated patients and are the first in 35 years in Pennsylvania.
