The Memorial Day weekend is here, and it's going to be a mixed bag, weather-wise.
AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg tells the Big K Morning Show we’ll see sunshine, but also some rain.
“It’s going to go back and forth,” said Lundberg. “(Friday), no problems weather-wise. (Saturday) not so great, it looks like we start with some sunshine and dry weather but as we get into he afternoon, there is going to be a thunderstorm or two around and the concern is those thunderstorms could be severe with damaging winds, downpours, hail, you name it.”
The high on Saturday will get to 83.
Sunday will bring drier weather but some rain could popup in spots. Sunday’s high is 86.
On Memorial Day Monday, expect some showers, especially north with temperatures in the low 70s.
Monday will also be mostly cloudy.
