Another Pittsburgh-based shopping center is up for sale.
M&J Wilkow recently listed Miracle Mile for sale with CBRE, the global commercial real estate services and investment company, at an unlisted price.
Miracle Mile was built in 1954 as one of the region's first major suburban shopping centers before Monroeville Mall.
The 300,000 square foot mall has managed to remain relevant and highly leased given its location along Route 22 near the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Along with LA Fitness and Marshalls, the shopping center includes Old Navy, Office Max, Panera Bread and several others.
The joint venture paid $78 million for mall in 2017.
