An adoptive parent is charged after 9-year-old girl reported missing in Fayette County is found dead.
31-year-old Kourtney Eutsey of Dunbar is facing charges after her 9-year-old adopted daughter, who had been originally reported missing, was found dead.
Police say she told them she noticed the child was missing around 2 a.m. on Wednesday but she waited almost twelve hours to report her missing.
Pennsylvania State Police said Renesmay Eutsey was found partially submerged in the Youghiogheny River near Smithton in Westmoreland County around 3:30 a.m.
Kourtney Eutsey has been charged with criminal homicide.
No other details were immediately released.
