A girl believed to be about 4-year-old was found Thursday morning in the Hill District.
Pittsburgh Public Safety says a resident called 911 after seeing the girl wandering in the 500 block of Crawford Street.
She was wearing a gray tank top and shorts and braided hair with beads.
Police tried to locate the girl’s home and/or parent or guardian, but were unable.
She was taken to a local hospital and was evaluated and found to be uninjured.
The county's Office of Children, Youth and Families has the girl and is asking anyone with any information on girl's identity to call 911.
