UPDATE: Police say the teens are back with their parents and appear to be safe.
Police in the City of Washington are asking for help locating to missing teens.
15-year-olds Stephany Frazier and Martell Jones were both reported missing on Sunday, April 12 and are believed to be together.
Police say Stephany left a note behind indicated that she possibly wanted to harm herself.
Stephany is a Black female, about 5-feet-4, weighing 130 pounds with brown eyes and hair. She is known to have blue-dyed highlights in the front and back of her hair. She was last seen wearing black clothing.
Martell is a Black male, 5-fee-8-inches tall, weighing about 145 pounds with browns eyes and black hair.
