There is a Flood Advisory forecast for the Ohio River.
The river is expected to reach 18.7 inches by 8 p.m. Friday and 19 inches by 2 a.m. Saturday.
The Mon Warf starts to flood at 18 feet.
The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh is recommending anyone with a vehicle at the Warf to move their cars by 6 p.m.
And, a Flood Warning has been extended through 4:30 Friday afternoon in Greene County and Southwestern Washington County.
The National Weather Service says flooding caused by excessive rainfall is continuing in those areas.
It's recommended vehicles be removed from Mon Warf
