
The Monongahela Incline has reopened, according to Pittsburgh Regional Transit.
The 154-year-old incline reopened Friday afternoon.
The incline has been closed since March 5 when a pair of resistors failed, causing the brakes to engage when they weren't supposed to.
The incline since has passed inspection after the new parts were installed.
The incline had been closed nearly a half dozen times for various reasons in the last 12 months
