Allegheny County Police have made an arrest in the death of a man who died as a result of injuries sustained during a home invasion in McKeesport.
Police say 66-year-old David Gutierrez-Fauset was assaulted on January 19.
According to police, Devin Hale of Monroeville and another man knocked on the door of a Glover Street home and when Gutierrez-Fauset answered the door, Hale and the other man showed a gun, forced their way into the home, where the victim was allegedly assaulted by Hale.
Gutierrez-Fauset died Saturday afternoon, January 23, as a result of his injuries.
Hale is being charged in his death.
