State Police were called to a home in at 1020 James Street for a domestic incident.
Police shot and killed 28-year-old Ryan Huinker at his home when he failed to comply with police.
Police were responding to a call from Huinker's wife who said she fled her home because her husband was firing a gun and she feared for her life.
Trooper Steve Limani says this was the 5th time troopers had responded to this house in the last year.
Huinker came out of the house and despite being tased he still managed to fire his gun at police.
That's when police used deadly force.
The investigation is ongoing.
