Two people died, another was injured in the shooting near the 50 building of the Crawford Village housing plan.
22-year-old Jerred Duncan and 30-year-old Jordan Eubanks both died, while an 18-year-old man was injured. He is in stable condition.
Allegheny County Police say it started with a fight between Duncan and Eubanks, which led to gunfire.
The teenage victim, his father and Eubanks are all believed to have fired weapons.
Authorities are working to determine potential charges.
Another man was killed in a McKeesport shooting just an hour prior, but police say they are not related.
