New Castle man charged with cocaine possession

A New Castle man was indicted for alleged violation of federal narcotics charges, according to the U.S. Attorney's office.

The indictment accuses 31-year-old Donte Calhoun of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute on both January 21, 2020 and February 11, 2020.


If convicted, Calhoun faces up to 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine or both.

The investigation was conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
