A New Kensington man is facing criminal charges for the alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old he met through social media.
Devanier Morris, who turns 22 on Friday, is charged with multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault and more after he was arrested this week.
Police say Morris met the victim through Snapchat.
She had initially lied about her age, saying was 17 when she was really 13.
Investigators say the victim told police that Morris forced her to drink alcohol and, at gunpoint, to have sexual interactions with him.
Police say the victim's phone contained several explicit videos of Morris and the victim.
Morris is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
