It’s going to be a blast from the past at The Pavilion at Star Lake next summer.
New Kids on The Block are coming to town next June.
And, they’re bringing Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff with them.
The concert is scheduled for June 19, 2024. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. next Friday.
The New Kids burst onto the music scene in the late 1980s and found success in the early 1990s as well. They’ve continued to enjoy a revival over the past decade or so.
They’re know for hits like “Hangin’ Tough”, “You Got It (The Right Stuff)”, “Step by Step” and more.
Abdul gained success around the same era as NKOTB and found success again as a judge on the TV show “American Idol.”
DJ Jazzy Jeff was the DJ for “Fresh Prince” Will Smith and was a frequent character on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”, where he would always get thrown out of the Banks household by Uncle Phil (played by the late James Avery).
