
Grocery chain ALDI is opening a new location in Lawrenceville.
The discount grocery store will be located where Shop ’n Save used to be in the 400 block of 56th Street.
Opening day is next Thursday, December 12. Hours will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers will get a gift “filled with a sampling of ALDI Fan Favorites products” as well as gift card.
Shoppers will also be able to enter a sweepstakes through opening weekend for a chance to win a $500 ALDI gift card.

This is ALDI's third store opening this year in the Pittsburgh area and the Business Times reports that brings the number of ALDI locations in the region to 40.
