New poll shows John Fetterman has slight lead over Dr. Oz in Senate race

A USA Today/Suffolk University poll on Pennsylvania's upcoming statewide races is out.

The survey shows Democrat John Fetterman leads Republican Mehmet Oz by 9 points 46-to-37% with 13% undecided.


In the Governor's race, Democrat Josh Shapiro is ahead of GOP candidate Doug Mastriano by 4 points, 44-to-40%, and another 13% are undecided.

Shapiro's lead is within the poll's margin of error. Of the 500 likely voters surveyed between the 10th and 13th, 22% say the economy is their most important issue.

More than half think the Commonwealth is on the wrong track.
