A brand-new conceptual restaurant is opening in Pittsburgh’s Eastside the first week of July.

Palm Palm, located at 5996 Centre Avenue, from Pittsburgh developer Herky Pollock, Lisa Pollock and their partners Chef Ed and Amanda Smith , “is an ode to the ease and escape of Palm Springs and Palm Beach.”

Promising to blend “leisure and luxury”, Palm Palm’s menu is inspired by California and South American food.

And, the menu will rotate seasonally with dishes like Sushi Tote, Poke-Style with crispy rice tots, Big eye tune, cucumber scallion and house Poke Sauce, along with Street Corn Taquitos available for the grand opening on July 6.

The Palm Palm cocktail program will also offer fresh, coastal-inspired drinks.

Reservations are now being accepted. You can reserve a table HERE.
