Charges will not be filed against a Butler County man who shot a fugitive accused of breaking into his house.
Butler City police were sent to a residence on Sterling Avenue Wednesday evening for a reported burglary.
43-year-old Nathan Harvey was shot after breaking in through a locked basement door. He had a graze wound.
Harvey was wanted on a felony burglary warrant.
