PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) Firefighters responded to an overnight fire in Mount Washington overnight Friday.
Crews were called to 67 Ruth Street for a 2-alarm fire around 9:30 p.m.
When crews arrived all three residents of the home were safe and accounted for.
No injuries were reported and no one was transported to a hospital; Three people were evaluated on the scene for smoke inhalation.
According to reports, the fire was centered in the back of the house and firefighters were able to control the blaze quickly.
The Fire Investigation Unit will open an investigation into finding the exact reason for the fire.
