A Pittsburgh man is being held in the Allegheny County Jail on homicide charges for a deadly shooting this weekend in Northview Heights.
40-year-old Devaugh Tarver is charged in the Sunday shooting.
The victim died about 12 hours after he was shot twice in the back and groin at a home on Hazlett Street.
Tarver has been unable to post bond, set at $25,000.
