After over a year of construction a new restaurant has opened at The Terminal in the Strip District.
Novo Asian Food Hall officially opened at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 1.
Called a “first-of-its-kind” Asian food hall in the area, Novo features seven stalls, each with a different local restauranteur.
Right now, the 8,600-square-foot food hall features:
Sumi’s Cakery: A Korean bakery
Korean Garden 2: “Traditional flavors and modern techniques”
Kung Fu Chicken: seasoned chicken
Tan Lac Vien: Vietnamese bistro
Mola: from the food hall founder Alex Tang. Award-winning hand rolls and “flavorful” rice bowls
Lolo’s Kusina: Filipino street food
As previously stated, Novo is the idea of award-winning restauranteur Alex Tang at The Terminal.
