One victim is now dead after a violent assault in Brighton Heights in April.
According to Pittsburgh Police, two males were assaulted with a baseball bat on April 29th at approximately 1 a.m. in the 3600 block of California Avenue.
One male was transported to the hospital in stable condition, while the other received severe head injuries.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has yet to release the cause and manner of death.
The investigation is still ongoing.
