One roofer was killed and there were injured after a ladder came into contact with power lines Wednesday morning in Beaver County.
A crew of eight was working on a restoration project at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church on Adams Street in Rochester.
Four of the men were moving a ladder when it contacted the power lines severely shocking them.
The coroner identified the roofer who died as 28-year-old Victor Garcia of Coraopolis.
The other three men were in cardiac arrest and one had some burns.
They were all sent to Heritage Valley Beaver.
Duquesne Light and OSHA are investigating the incident.
