The winning MONOPOLY™ Own It All Scratch-Off was purchased at the Meadows Racetrack & Casino in Washington.
The Scratch-Off is a $50-dollar ticket that offers a top prize of $5 million.
Winners should sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the lotter at 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claiming process.
Winners have one year from the game’s end-sale date to claim the prize.
