The player in Westmoreland County won $132,542.48 playing the “Cash Carnival Combo” game, a connect-style game that contributes to an infinite jackpot that starts at $100,000.
PA Lottery online games can be accessed through your smart phone, tablet or computer.
Online players can buy Lottery tickets for games like Powerball, Mega Millions and more.

For Android users, text APP to 54187 to receive a special Android download link. The App is also available through the Google Play Store.”
Lottery players must be 18 or older to play.
