If you’re taking your child to school and see a Pennsylvania State Police vehicle outside, don’t be alarmed.
Troopers say its part of their school checks program.
“You will be seeing our marked vehicles and Troopers at your children’s school throughout the year,” Troopers said on Twitter, now “X”.
The school checks are happening in Troop B, which covers Allegheny, Washington, Fayette and Greene Counties.
