Pennsylvania's U.S. Senators are reacting to Tuesday night's State of the Union address.

“They’re better off now than they were a year ago, inflation’s down, wages are up,” said Sen. McCormick but added that there are still challenges like healthcare, housing and energy costs.

Democratic Senator John Fetterman tells Marty Griffin on KDKA that while he believes his colleagues have a right to boycott the speech.
Sen. Fetterman feels it is disrespectful to not show up or make inappropriate outbursts during the speech.
“Republican, Democrat, whoever’s the president, you know really should respect the office and respect the tradition of the speech,” said Fetterman.
Fetterman adds Congress should be setting an example for the rest of the nation.
The president and vice president will continue to make their case on the economy with JD Vance stopping in Wisconsin Thursday and Donald Trump visiting Texas on Friday.
