The father charged in connection with drug trafficking indictments of 13 students at Penn State is a managing attorney at a Pittsburgh law firm.

Paul Robinson is accused of trying to conceal evidence by hiding a safe containing drugs and cash.

Investigators say his son, Thomas, was the number two person in a cocaine trafficking operation involving two fraternities.

State Attorney General Dave Sunday said the drug was processed at the frat houses.

“Cutting and bagging cocaine, was for some pledges, an indoctrination into the Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternities,” said AG Sunday.

The cocaine was mostly sold to other Penn State students. The alleged ringleader, Agostino Abbatiello, surrendered to authorities on Tuesday.
