Police are investigating after a child was hit by a box truck Wednesday afternoon in West Homestead.
Police say the four-year-old girl was riding her bike when she lost control and hit a parked vehicle near West Eighth Avenue and Neel Street.
Then, she was hit by a box truck.
The driver stayed on the scene.
No word on the child's condition, but she was taken to UPMC Children's Hospital.
