A pedestrian was killed early today in a hit and run incident in Washington County.
It happened around 4 a.m. in Washington city on West Chestnut Street near Foodland.
State police believe the victim, a young-to-middle-aged man, was walking in the middle of the street and the driver who left the scene was driving a GMC.
