The Pittsburgh attorney and father charged in the Penn State fraternity cocaine trafficking case has spoken out for the first time.
59-year-old Paul Robinson is charged with felony tampering and hindering apprehension, accused of helping to hide a safe containing drugs and cash for his 24-year-old son Thomas.
In a statement released by his attorney, Robinson said "the claims and reports about me are not true. ...and I look forward to telling what actually happened."
Paul and Thomas Robinson are both expected to be in court later this week for arraignment proceedings.
