The 18-year-old man accused of killing his girlfriend Wednesday night reportedly told investigators a demon told him to stab her.
Pennsylvania State Police say it happened as Royce Moser and 18-year-old Karoline Heintz were talking about the future of their relationship.
The Washington County District Attorney says Karoline was stabbed in the chest and fell out of her SUV.
Trooper Rocco Gagliardi said Moser put her body back inside and drove to his mother's house, where they allegedly tried to cover up the murder.
Investigators say Moser, followed by his mother, drove to California Borough and left his girlfriend's SUV, with her body inside, in a parking lot.
Moser is charged with homicide and his mother, Rachel, is charged with evidence tampering and more.
Karoline Heintz was a recent Peters High School graduate, a freshman at PennWest California and a member of the Vulcans soccer team.
