Several people in Tarentum Borough were bitten by off the leash pit bulls during trick-or-treating Thursday night.
The dogs were on the loose in the area of the 700 block of Seventh and Sixth avenues and Ormond.
A social media post says leaders "received reports of several individuals who were bitten" and police say one of the dogs was put down.
