One person was found inside of a vehicle that fell through a parking deck early Thursday morning.
According to Emsworth Volunteer Fire Company, two crews worked together to free the person and turned them over to Northwest EMS for care.
No word on the victim's condition.
According to reports, crews were working on a water main this morning. It’s unclear if that work has any connection to the parking deck collapse.
