A former IT employee in the Peters Township School District was sentenced to 4 to 8 years for in prison after his conviction on child pornography charges.
48-year-old Jason Ayres pleaded guilty to two felony counts of sexual abuse of children.
He possessed files depicting horrific acts involving young children.
As part of his sentence, Ayres must register as a sex offender for 15 years after his release from prison.
