A second adult has been charged in less than two weeks in connection with the Peters Township sextortion investigation.
Police allege 23-year-old Charles Ezekiel Usner of Mt. Lebanon communicated with a 15-year-old boy, drove him to Peters Lake Park for a sexual encounter last July, and recorded it on the teen’s cell phone.
The Observer-Reporter first reported Usner’s charges as investigators say they discovered the video while looking into former Peters Township High School student Zachariah Meyers, who is accused of blackmailing classmates with explicit images.
Usner faces multiple felony charges and is being held in the Washington County Jail on $500,000 cash bond pending an August 17 preliminary hearing.
