A man was arrested after leading police on a rush-hour chase along Route 19 through Peters Township and North Strabane Township.
During the pursuit Friday evening, 55-year-old Frank Cope Jr. allegedly drove the wrong way in traffic, rammed multiple police cruisers, and was eventually subdued with a Taser on Galley Road.
He now faces 16 felony counts of aggravated assault along with numerous other charges, including fleeing police and driving under the influence.
