A Pittsburgh Police memo released on Wednesday lists dozens of businesses and organizations that will be cut off from hiring off-duty police officers at the first of the year.
The memo says secondary employment details will be suspended for any entity with past due accounts of 120 days or more.
Payments must be made for hiring to continue.
The past due list includes:

Cheerleader's Gentleman's Club
The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership
Penn American Water: They tell KDKA Radio: We value our partnership with the Pittsburgh Police and the critical work they do. We are currently reviewing the matter internally and will investigate any outstanding invoices. If we find that payment is due, we will resolve it promptly.

UPMC tells KDKA Radio in a statement:
UPMC promptly and fully paid invoices we received in 2023 and 2024 for Pittsburgh police details. We have not used those services this year and are not aware of any other invoices.
