One employee was seen on the cookline with a dirty towel attached to an apron. They were seen wiping their hands on the towel after touching raw shrimp and beef. The restaurant was instructed to not have employees store towels on their aprons.

Large amounts of fruit flies were seen in several areas including in and around a bag of onions in the dry storage room, around a kitchen trash can and around the soda fountain.
