Honolulu, Hawaii has the highest grocery prices in the county (about 90 percent of its good is imported).
San Francisco comes in second, followed by New York, Seattle and Boston, rounding out the top five.
Overall across the United States, grocery prices are up nearly 2.5 percent compared to June 2024.
Some experts say prices could jump even more as the uncertainty with President Donald Trump’s tariff plan continues.
