A Pittsburgh man is now in custody for a November 2025 killing in the Hill District.
46-year-old Orlando Williams was taken into custody Thursday on the 2100 block of Brownsville Road.
35-year-old Philip Griffin of McKees Rocks was killed in the incident, found lying on the street with several gunshot wounds.
Griffin later died at a nearby hospital.
