The man is accused of robbing a North Shore bank less than three weeks after completing his federal sentence has been arrested and is now in custody.
54-year-old Calvin Smith allegedly pointed a revolver at a teller while wearing a skeleton mask and stole nearly $9,000 dollars from Citizens Bank on Isabella Street.
Investigators used surveillance video to identify Smith and track his movements through the North Side.
Smith is charged with robbery, theft and weapons violations.
Court records show his federal supervised release ended October 6.
