Investigators are looking into that fatal crash where a vehicle flipped off the Fort Duquesne Bridge.
Police Chief Jason Lando says one person who was inside the car that flipped onto Reedsdale Street was pronounced dead at the scene.
He's been identified as 52-year-old Michael Smith of Sheraden.
A second person in cardiac arrest was pronounced dead at the hospital.
She has been identified as 58-year-old Danielle Jackman of Churchill.
A total of five cars were involved in the accident at the Rt. 65 ramp to the Fort Duquesne Bridge.
The crash closed the road for several hours.
Pittsburgh Police Chief Jason Lando is urging drivers to take their time and slow down to be “respectful of the other drivers around you.”
