Police paperwork says a 19-year-old man is the main cause of violent crimes in Downtown Pittsburgh.
Giovanni Moore has been charged with crimes ten times this month.
On Friday, Moore is accused of punching two women and assaulting a man.
He is charged with robbery, assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and drug possession in those incidents.
Previous arrests this month were made for public drunkenness and stealing tip jars from Downtown businesses.
Moore was unable to post bail and is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
