Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for much of the Southwestern PA.
Warnings for Central Greene and Southwestern Washington counties are in effect until 12:45 p.m.
Warnings for Allegheny and Westmoreland counties, along with Western and North Central Fayette, Northeastern Greene, Central Washington, Southwestern Armstrong and Southwestern Indiana counties are in effect until 1 p.m.
Heavy rain has been fell throughout the morning with several communities including Bethel Park and Baldwin reporting flooded roads.
Landslides have been reported on the Lincoln Highway and a downed tree on the Parkway East is the reason for delays in both directions.
The tree came down around 12:45 near Exits 78B and 77.
Between a half inch to one inch of rain has fallen with another inch possible.
Most of the rain is expected to be out of the area by mid-afternoon with sunny skies heading into the weekend on Friday.
