A man and a woman are in custody, accused of flashing a gun at children in a North Side playground.
Pittsburgh Public Safety says officers were called around 2:45 p.m. to Montgomery Place for reports that someone has showed a gun at children that were in the area.
Early information indicates that two people were walking past a school playground, when one of the adults flashed the gun.
A school security guard was able to get a description of the people that walked by and officers quickly took one man and one woman into custody.
A gun was also recovered at the scene. No shots were fired an no injuries were reported.
Police say charges are pending.
