
A Pittsburgh man is facing more than a dozen years in prison after pleading guilty to a number of armed robberies throughout Allegheny County.
22-year-old True Kinnon committed seven robberies from November 2018 through February 2019.
Businesses robbed were located in the City of Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Turtle Creek, Oakmont and Monroeville.
Acting U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufman said information presented in court, Kinnon and his coconspirators brandished a revolver and an assault-style rifle at customers and employees during the robberies. Money and property were taken from employees and customers.
Sentencing is scheduled for November 16.
Kinnon could get 14 years in prison with three years of supervised release.
