Pittsburgh medical drama 'THE PITT' debuts on Max Thursday

The new medical drama “THE PITT”, taking place in Pittsburgh, is now available on MAX and the reviews are positive.

Rotten Tomatoes currently has "THE PITT" at a 94 percent rating.

It's a 15-episode series.

“THE PITT” comes from the people that brought you “ER” and stars ER actor Noah Wyle, who returns to the medical television genre.

Wyle stars at Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch, leading a group of medical students and interns in emergency medicine.

“THE PITT is a realistic examination of the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America as seen through the lens of the frontline heroes working in a modern-day hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,” Max said in a release

“THE PITT” also stars Tracey Ifeachor, Patrick Marron Ball, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Isa Briones, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, and Katherine LaNasa.
